	Cliff Hamilton \| Hospitality and Tourism Broker
	Cliff Hamilton brings more than thirty years leadership experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, in private and public sectors. These years encompass development, consultancy, operations, corporate administration, national tourism management, tourism education, destination management and marketing. His regional expertise and experience will allow him to focus primarily on providing brokerage services to Caribbean hotel and tourism investors, owners and developers; with his experiences and degrees in Hospitality Management, Business and Tourism Planning & Development he have been an advisor and consular to both private and public sectors of the Tourism and Hospitality industry while conducting a number of feasibility studies for proposed new hotel developments for private investors, developers, international agencies such as the European Union, Organization of American States, Canadian International Development Agency, United Nations and The Commonwealth Secretariat. He is experienced in “start-up”, “turn-around” and day to day management of four and five star boutique hotels, full service resorts and business hotels, with marinas and golf courses. His has held corporate and senior management positions with Princess Hotels, The Hotel Corporation of the Bahamas, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Renaissance Hotels and Resorts, and Carnival Hotels and Casinos. His public sector positions include First Director of Tourism of the Turks and Caicos Island Tourist Board, Vice President and Director of Tourism of the Tourism and Industrial Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago, and most recently Advisor/CEO of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority. He has worked in eleven (11) English speaking Caribbean countries eleven (11) different countries, The Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts, Suriname, Turks and Caicos Islands, Trinidad and Tobago and the United States. 	Catherine Sands has been in the hospitality and sales field for the past 33 years. She comes with a wealth of knowledge on customer service skills. She has practically worked in every area of the hospitality including top management and manager of a large Condominium complex, so with her sales expertise having also a Sales and Marketing background she is well verse on how important it is to have excellent service and sales skills. 	Joan Neely is a license Real Estate Broker with Bahamas Real Estate Association since 1995 but has been in the Real Estate field for the past 32 years.
